Our Story, Brewed with Passion
One quiet afternoon, worn out from work, we stepped outside for a breath of fresh air. The cool breeze carried the scent of Sri Lanka’s highlands, and before us stood a blooming Arabica tree, white flowers glowing, bees drifting between them. Our mother brought us a warm cup of coffee, brewed from that very tree’s harvest. The first sip changed everything.
The Moment That Started It All !
The Discovery of a True Ceylon Treasure
That moment made us pause: If this simple homegrown coffee could taste this extraordinary, why wasn’t the world experiencing it? We soon realized that nearly every family in our village was crafting their own coffee, hand-picked, organic, sun-dried, and roasted with quiet mastery, yet outside our hills, no one knew it even existed.
A Vision Rooted in the Highlands
That spark turned into a mission. We began working with farmers across Bandarawela, Welimada, and Ella, Mirahawatte, Malpotha, and Mahathenna encouraging them to plant Arabica in their barren highland lands and helping them transform forgotten soil into thriving organic coffee farms. What started as a single tree in our backyard grew into a movement that uplifts entire communities while preserving the natural beauty of the Ceylon’s Uva Province.
The Making of Every Cup
Every bean begins as a hand-picked, hand-selected red cherry, chosen with love and care, with smiles, by the people who know the highlands best. The harvest is dried under the warm mountain sun and hand-roasted in small batches, giving each cup its depth, aroma, and unmatched character. This human touch, real people, creative craftsmanship filled with love and smiles makes Serenecey Coffee truly special.

I was surprised by how fresh and clean the green coffee tastes. It’s lighter than my usual brew but still really satisfying, and it actually feels good to drink. Definitely something I’d keep in my daily routine.

The dark roast has a bold, rich flavor without being bitter. It’s smooth, strong, and exactly what I look for in a good morning cup. Honestly one of the better dark roasts I’ve tried
