Our True Origins
The Moment That Started It All
One quiet afternoon, exhausted from work, we stepped outside to rest for a moment. The cool breeze carried the scent of Sri Lanka’s Central Highlands, where the mist settles over 1300 MASL, and right before us stood a beautiful Arabica tree in full bloom — white flowers glowing softly, bees drifting gracefully around them. As we admired the view, our mother brought us a warm cup of coffee and told us it was brewed from the beans of that very tree, harvested the previous season.
The very first sip changed everything !
The Discovery of a True Ceylon Treasure
If this simple homegrown coffee could taste this extraordinary, why wasn’t the world experiencing it? We soon realized that nearly every family in our village was crafting their own coffee — hand-picked, organic, sun-dried, and roasted with quiet mastery — yet outside our hills, no one knew it even existed.
That magical moment made us pause !
A Vision Rooted in the Highlands
We began working with farmers across Bandarawela, Welimada, and Ella, Mirahawatte, Malpotha, and Mahathenna encouraging them to plant Arabica in their barren highland lands and helping them transform forgotten soil into thriving organic coffee farms. What started as a single tree in our backyard grew into a movement that uplifts entire communities while preserving the natural beauty of the Ceylon’s Uva Province.

Every bean begins as a hand-picked, hand-selected red cherry, chosen with love and care, with smiles, by the people who know the highlands best. The harvest is dried under the warm mountain sun and hand-roasted in small batches, giving each cup its depth, aroma, and unmatched character.
